Depending on the customer requirements the unit can be equipped with an internal combustion engine or powered by electricity or the hydraulic system.
All the equipment is designed and manufactured in-house at our production facility in the Netherlands. This gives us greater control over quality assurance and the entire production chain.
Stand-alone unit
The Nimatech vacuum control unit consists of a frame, vacuum pump, vacuum filter and vacuum reservoir combined with an internal combustion or electric engine. This unit operates with so-called high vacuum.
The unit is equipped with a lifting point on the top and a suspension point on the bottom. It is also available with a forklift frame. Convenient to use with a simple push button to start the engine and with remote controlled functioning.
Mounted vacumum pump
Mounting a vacuum control unit on a machine significantly improves its operability. It enables a wide range of new applications for excavators and loader cranes. The hydraulic 100m3 pump is installed on the back of the excavator or other equipment. The covers can be spray-painted in any desired colour. The cabin is equipped with a vacuum gauge and additional controls.

Options
Remote control
The vacuum units can be fitted with an electric starter motor, remote control and clear indicator lights. These lights show the operator when it is safe to lift an object.
Removable lifting point
Hoistable units are fitted with a lifting point that can be uninstalled or replaced with a connector for a rotator GR30 or GR50, simply using nuts and bolts.
