Lifting, cleaning and placing back12 tiles

Between the tiles there is often grass and moss growing, which causes widening seams. Nimatech has developed a unique suction cup frame to scrape clean 30×30 concrete tiles. The operator can lift up 12 tiles at once and clean them immediately by rubbing together the tiles in different directions.

The frame can also shift between a stack and running bond to ensure convenient stacking and placing. A vacuum connection is required to use this suction cup frame. It can be connected to a machine with a mounted vacuum pump or to a separate Nimatech vacuum unit. To handle 12 concrete tiles, Nimatech recommends using a 100m³ vacuum pump.
